OPENARRAY® DLP REAL-TIME QPCR SYSTEM

The QuantStudio™ 12K Flex system is a highly flexible, comprehensive real-time PCR platform that leverages the real-time technology of Applied Biosystems in a single instrument. The platform enables the use of the proven, market leading TaqMan® chemistry in a faster, more flexible format. This unique parallel array format enables unprecedented gene coverage and sample throughput. The system can obtain 30.000 data points in a single day, enabling numerous projects to be completed in weeks.

The TaqMan™ OpenArray™ Panels are pre-formatted and inventoried, cost-effective, convenient, and easy-to-use. Results are reproducible and consistent across samples, studies, and labs — for the same data quality from plate-to-plate and lot-to-lot, even with different operators.

Each array consists of 48 individual matrices that enables us to screen 48 samples over 64 separate qRT-PCR reactions (SNP or gene expression) in one array. Control genes (constitutively expressed genes) are included in each array.
